Daniel Twomey

Daniel Twomey represents clients in all facets of commercial litigation. Prior to joining Keker, Van Nest & Peters, Mr. Twomey formerly worked as an intellectual property associate in the San Francisco office of an Am Law Top 10 law firm where he litigated patent and trade secret cases.

Mr. Twomey earned his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law and his B.S. in finance from the University of San Francisco. During law school, he served as a judicial extern to Justice Leondra R. Kruger of the California State Supreme Court and as an intern for the California Department of Justice's Consumer Protection Section. His volunteer experience has included working for the Consumer Justice Clinic at the East Bay Community Law Center and serving as a mentor to youth in Contra Costa Juvenile Hall.
