The Recorder has named Keker, Van Nest & Peters partners Christa Anderson and Rachael Meny among California's Women Leaders in Tech Law. Women who "have tackled some of the industry’s biggest courtroom challenges, negotiated market-moving deals, and helped protect the industry’s most valuable intellectual property assets."

Christa Anderson served as second chair for Google Inc. at trial in its fair-use win over Oracle Corp. on copyright claims related to the Android mobile platform. In her profile she was asked "Who's the best leader you've seen in action and why?" Her response: "Our former President Barack Obama, who tried to bring people in our country together through greater understanding of and respect for our diversity."

Rachael Meny obtained final approval of a California-wide settlement for Lyft in a case bringing worker misclassification claims, and negotiated proposed California-wide and nationwide settlements for Instacart in similar suits. In her profile she was asked "What piece of advice do you have for young lawyers in tech?" Her response: "Be the person your clients rely upon and understand their business."
