Keker, Van Nest & Peters is proud to announce it has earned Diversity Lab’s Midsize Mansfield Certification Plus for a second consecutive year. The certification affirms that the firm’s leadership and advancement processes draw from talent pools of at least 30% lawyers from historically underrepresented groups. This spans attorney hiring, partner promotions, appointment to significant leadership roles, and the selection of teams for client pitches.

We have committed to the Midsize Mansfield Certification process again in 2025 to maintain our focus on dismantling barriers to success for lawyers from historically underrepresented groups.”
The Mansfield certification process employs a behavioral science and data-driven approach to enhance diversity in law firm leadership. The “Plus” designation indicates that Keker has not only made meaningful efforts to improve diversity in firm hiring, promotion and leadership, but has also committed to enhanced transparency by reporting on our outcomes. The Midsize Mansfield certification process, modeled after the version for larger firms, was fine-tuned to boost diversity in leadership for firms with smaller lawyer populations, single-office locations, and leaner firm leadership structures.
Keker champions greater inclusion of underrepresented lawyers within its ranks and in the legal profession. The firm is a member of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity and is a member of the Law Firm Antiracism Alliance.
