Forbes has named Keker, Van Nest & Peters partners Ben Berkowitz, Elliot Peters, and Bob Van Nest in its annual list of America's Top Lawyers. Forbes included Berkowitz among the top appellate lawyers, while Peters and Van Nest were selected as top litigators.
