Federal Circuit Bar Association Honors Matthias Kamber

The Federal Circuit Bar Association awarded Matthias Kamber the Committee Individual Leadership Award for his work as co-chair of the Membership Committee.  The Federal Circuit Bar Association is a national organization which unites the different groups who practice within the legal community of the Federal Circuit. The Association offers a forum for common concerns and dialogue between bar and court, government counsel and private practitioner, litigator, and corporate counsel.

Matthias Kamber specializes in intellectual property, patent and antitrust litigation. He has represented companies and individuals in trade secret, trademark, and copyright matters, as well as IP-related breach of contract actions. He also has experience in the overlap between intellectual property rights and antitrust, and was involved in large-scale antitrust litigation involving the four major credit card networks. He has successfully represented companies in various fields, including Internet telephony, wireless networking, medical devices, microprocessor design, optical disc players, and pharmaceuticals.
