Making It Look Easy: Storytelling in Complex Technology Trials

Northern California is a leading venue for cases involving new and complex technologies and has recently seen several landmark matters tried to verdict. Tech trials present unique and challenging issues for counsel, the court and the jury. During this panel discussion, Bob Van Nest and Christa Anderson, lawyers who tried Oracle v. Google and Cisco v. Arista, will share their approaches to educating the jury, telling a compelling story and building a trial strategy. A cocktail reception begins at 6:00 pm, dinner begins at 7:00 pm, and the CLE program is from 8:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
