Crossed Wires: Surveillance and Privacy in the Digital Age

President Obama recently visited Silicon Valley to seek the cooperation of private tech companies in sharing more information with the government to improve cybersecurity. But what is the price that ordinary citizens pay in the name of cybersecurity?

Legal experts and representatives from leading tech companies and civil rights advocates will discuss the implications of cybersecurity on our privacy. Is there a balance between protecting our privacy and cybersecurity and if so, who will strike that balance?
