Yegina Whang represents clients in all facets of commercial litigation. Prior to joining Keker, Van Nest & Peters, Yegina served as a law clerk to Judge Michael W. Fitzgerald of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and Judge John B. Owens of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Yegina earned her J.D. from UC Berkeley School of Law and her B.A. with honors in International Relations from Stanford University. While in law school, Yegina served as the Articles & Essays editor for the California Law Review. She also worked as a clinical law student for the Samuelson Law, Technology, & Public Policy Clinic, as a research assistant to Professor Amanda Tyler, and as a teaching assistant for Berkeley’s legal research and writing program.
