Eric Phung represents clients in complex commercial and intellectual property litigation. Before joining Keker, Van Nest & Peters, he clerked for Judge Jon S. Tigar of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. During law school, he was a summer clerk at the Office of the Federal Public Defender for the Northern District of California.
Eric earned his law degree from Stanford Law School, where he was a Senior Editor of the Stanford Law Review and Co-President of First-Gen Low-Income Professionals. Eric earned a bachelor’s degree magna cum laude from Yale University, where he studied History.
