Amy Philip represents clients in all facets of commercial litigation. Prior to joining Keker, Van Nest & Peters, Amy earned her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law and her B.A. in Political Economy from the University of California, Berkeley. While in law school, Amy served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Jacqueline H. Nguyen of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, as a research assistant to Professors Asad Rahim and Bijal Shah, and as a teaching assistant for Berkeley’s legal research and writing program.
