Matt Guiang represents clients in all facets of commercial litigation. Before joining Keker, Van Nest & Peters, Matt served as a law clerk to Judge Amy J. St. Eve of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and Judge Steven C. Seeger of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Matt earned his law degree magna cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School and his bachelor’s degree in Earth and Planetary Science from Washington University in St. Louis. In law school, he served as an executive online editor for the Michigan Law Review and teaching assistant for Michigan’s legal research and writing program. He also briefed a successful criminal appeal before the Sixth Circuit as a member of the law school’s Federal Appellate Litigation Clinic. Matt is a former high school soccer coach and has worked as a research intern for Oak Ridge National Laboratory.
