Olivia Malone represents clients in all facets of high-stakes commercial litigation matters. Prior to joining Keker, Van Nest & Peters, Olivia served as a law clerk for Judge Jacqueline Scott Corley of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. She earned her J.D. from Stanford Law School and two bachelor’s degrees—a B.S. in Informatics and B.S. in Public Affairs—with highest honors from Indiana University. While in law school, Olivia interned with the Complex and Affirmative Litigation Team of San Francisco’s City Attorney’s Office and the Technology and Civil Liberties Team of the ACLU of Northern California. She also served as editor-in-chief of the Stanford Technology Law Review, participated in the Juelsgaard Intellectual Property and Innovation Clinic, volunteered with the Stanford Prisoner Advocacy and Resources Coalition, and helped draft New York’s Fashion Act with the New Standard Institute.
