Montae Langston London represents clients in all facets of commercial litigation. Prior to joining Keker, Van Nest & Peters, Montae served as a law clerk to Judge Josephine L. Staton of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and Judge Barrington D. Parker Jr. of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Montae has secured victories for clients across several subject areas including in cases involving the Clean Air Act, False Claims Act, and multistate class action litigation. He has been praised for his energy and dedication.
Montae earned a J.D. from Yale Law School and a B.A. in political science with a minor in public affairs from the University of California, Los Angeles. While earning his law degree, Montae served as an intern for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York in the Criminal Division.
