Dani Kritter represents clients in all facets of commercial litigation. Prior to joining Keker, Van Nest & Peters, Dani served as a law clerk to Judge William A. Fletcher at the Ninth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals and Judge James Donato at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. She previously worked as an associate for a New York law firm where she litigated shareholder class actions.
Dani earned her J.D. from UC Berkeley School of Law and her B.A. in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from Pomona College. During law school, she served as a legal intern for Nestlé and the ACLU of Louisiana Justice Lab. Before law school, she worked at a hedge fund in London and at the Washington, D.C. office of a large law firm. She was a captain of the Pomona-Pitzer Varsity Volleyball team.
Dani is admitted to practice in New York. She is not admitted to practice law in California, and her practice is supervised by partners of the firm admitted in California.
