Kelly Hernández represents clients in all facets of commercial litigation. Prior to joining Keker, Van Nest & Peters, Kelly served as a law clerk for Judge Dale E. Ho of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Kelly earned her law degree from Yale Law School, where she participated in the San Francisco Affirmative Litigation Project and Worker and Immigrant Rights Advocacy Clinic. During law school, she served as an intern for the ACLU of Northern California and the California Attorney General’s Office. Prior to attending law school, she worked as a paralegal for the ACLU’s Voting Rights Project.

Kelly holds a master’s degree in Sociology and bachelor’s degree in Political Science, both from Stanford University.
