Emily Hatch represents clients in all facets of commercial litigation. Before rejoining Keker, Van Nest & Peters, she clerked for Judge Beth Labson Freeman of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. During law school she served as a summer clerk in the Civil Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of California. Emily earned her law degree from Harvard Law School, where she was an Articles Editor with the Harvard Law Review and a Property Law Teaching Fellow. Before law school, Emily managed foundation partnerships and corporate relations for a nonprofit animal protection organization. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Chicago, where she studied philosophy.
