Alexa Daugherty represents clients in all facets of commercial litigation. Prior to joining Keker, Van Nest & Peters, Alexa earned her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law and a dual B.A. in Art History and Cinema & Media Studies from The University of Chicago. While in law school, she served as a law clerk for the Electronic Privacy Information Center in Washington D.C., as a research assistant to Professor Rebecca Wexler, and as an Articles Editor for the California Law Review. Her volunteer experience has included working as a certified law student for the East Bay Community Law Center’s Clean Slate Clinic and as a student advocate for people incarcerated in California prisons. Prior to law school, Alexa worked at a film production company and was a Fulbright recipient to Brazil.
