Cara Meyer represents clients in all facets of commercial litigation and has experience in high-stakes appellate litigation, impact litigation, and civil rights work. Prior to joining Keker, Van Nest & Peters, Cara clerked for Judge Robert S. Huie of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California and Judge Scott M. Matheson, Jr. of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
Cara earned her law degree from Yale Law School, where she was a member of the Supreme Court Advocacy Clinic and served as a Student Director of the San Francisco Affirmative Litigation Project. Before law school, Cara worked for a civil rights litigation boutique in Washington, D.C.
Cara earned her bachelor’s degree in English from Yale University and spent a year studying at Balliol College, Oxford.
