Keker, Van Nest & Peters Named Among NLJ's Elite Boutique Trailblazers

The National Law Journal

The National Law Journal has named John Keker, Robert Van Nest & Elliot Peters to its inaugural list of Elite Boutique Trailblazers.

Elliot Peters told the National Law Journal, “The common denominator is our litigation background.”  Robert Van Nest pointed to three groundbreaking achievements. “First, fairly early on, we were recognized for being able to translate complex issues for juries. And we’ve had a string of very big trials, such as Google v. Oracle and Cisco v. Arista.” Secondly, the firm has a robust pro bono practice. “We are suing President Trump on the Muslim ban and sanctuary cities issues. We participate in making things better for people.” Finally, the firm goes to trial with a large, diverse team. “We believe that a diverse group is stronger and better.”
