Victor Yu represents clients in all facets of commercial litigation. Prior to joining Keker, Van Nest & Peters, Mr. Yu was an associate in the New York office of a large firm where he litigated antitrust and complex commercial cases in both state and federal court. He clerked for the Honorable Harris L Hartz of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Lucy H. Koh of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
Mr. Yu earned his J.D. from Yale Law School and graduated from UC Berkeley with a B.A. in History.
