Shayne Henry represents clients in all facets of commercial litigation. Prior to joining Keker, Van Nest & Peters, Mr. Henry was a litigation associate in the San Francisco office of a large firm where he litigated cases in both state and federal court, including multi-district consumer class actions, government investigations, trade secret, copyright, and breach of contract disputes. He clerked for the Honorable Thelton E. Henderson of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Henry served as a research associate for the New America Foundation's Economic Growth Program. He also served as a legal intern in the Office of the Prosecutor in the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia, and as a program coordinator for Humanity in Action both in Denmark and in Germany.
Mr. Henry graduated from UC Berkeley School of Law and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Arkansas with a B.A. in political science and international relations.
