Ryan Hayward represents clients in all facets of litigation. Prior to joining Keker, Van Nest & Peters, Mr. Hayward served as a law clerk to Judge Christopher F. Droney of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and Judge John Z. Lee of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
Mr. Hayward earned his J.D. from Columbia Law School and graduated from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School with a B.S. in Economics. Prior to law school, Mr. Hayward founded Hatch (now Picasso Labs), a venture-backed startup that was named by Time magazine as one of "10 NYC Startups to Watch." He formerly was a product marketing manager for Google Maps, AdWords, and AdSense at Google in Mountain View and in Tokyo, and received Google's Operating Committee Award.
