Grace Kim represents clients in all facets of commercial litigation. Prior to joining Keker, Van Nest & Peters, Ms. Kim was an associate in the New York office of a large law firm where she represented clients ranging from startups to major financial institutions in high-stakes business disputes.
Ms. Kim formerly served as a law clerk to Judge Alex Kozinski of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and to Judge James Donato of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
Ms. Kim earned her J.D. from Yale Law School, and graduated magna cum laude from Yale College with a B.A. in ethics, politics and economics. She is fluent in Korean.
