Cecily Harris represents clients in all facets of commercial litigation. Prior to joining Keker, Van Nest & Peters, Ms. Harris was an associate in the San Francisco office of a large law firm where she represented a gas utility in a high-stakes regulatory action before the California Public Utilities Commission, litigated a breach of contract dispute for an asset management firm, and helped a pro bono client obtain asylum in Immigration Court.
Ms. Harris formerly served as a law clerk to Judge Michael Baylson of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She earned her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in history.
