Ann S. Niehaus

Ann Niehaus represents clients in all facets of commercial litigation. Prior to joining Keker, Van Nest & Peters, she served as a judicial law clerk to Judge F. Dennis Saylor IV of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

Ms. Niehaus earned her J.D. from Stanford Law School and her B.A. from Princeton University. During law school, she represented pro bono clients in misdemeanor criminal defense, housing, social security disability, and criminal record expungement matters.
