03/12/2010

The Daily Journal has named Keker & Van Nest partners Susan Harriman and Jan Little       to its 2010 list of Top Women Litigators in California.

Harriman was recognized for her work representing M&H Realty Partners in a multi-million dollar tort and breach of indemnification agreement action against Aerojet and Boeing in litigation over environmental contamination in Fullerton, California. According to one client interviewed for the story, Dawn Holliday of Slim’s nightclub in San Francisco, Harriman is a “rock star.” This is Harriman’s seventh appearance on the list.

Little was profiled for her work on behalf of Stephanie Jensen, former human resource vice president at Brocade Communications, in one of the nation’s first criminal stock options backdating cases to go to trial. “People in trouble like former Enron Corp. chief financial officer Andrew Fastow, Credit Suisse First Boston banker Frank Quattrone and prominent plaintiffs’ attorney Richard Scruggs have lined up for her help,” the editors wrote. Little has been named to the list for the last six years in a row.
