Keker & Van Nest LLP is pleased to announce the elevation of Jennifer Huber to partner.

Huber has litigated cases before state and federal trial courts throughout the United States. She handles securities and white collar matters, trade secret and employee mobility disputes, and complex civil litigation. She has played a critical role on multiple trial teams, including defending executives in high-profile options backdating and securities fraud litigation, and representing HTC in the billion dollar smartphone wars. Prior to joining Keker & Van Nest in 2007, she clerked for the Hon. James L. Robart of the U.S. District Court, Western District of Washington. She received her B.A. from U.C. Berkeley, and her J.D. from the U.C. Berkeley School of Law.
