Press Release
01/06/2012

Keker & Van Nest LLP is pleased to announce the elevation of Jo Golub to partner. Golub joined the firm in 2006 after completing her second clerkship.

“At Keker & Van Nest, we take great pride in our white collar and complex civil litigation practices. Jo Golub's expertise in both these areas will greatly benefit our clients,” said Firm Managing Partner Christopher Kearney.

“Keker & Van Nest gave me the opportunity to work alongside some of the brightest and most accomplished litigators, all while trying cases in areas ranging from mortgage fraud, to intellectual property, to employment disputes,” said Golub. “From this incredible mentorship and experience, I’ve developed the ability to achieve the best possible results for my clients, whether at trial or through alternative resolution.”

Golub handles white collar criminal defense for high-level executives, and also represents major corporations and banking institutions in complex civil litigation. She has been an active member of three trial teams. She clerked for the Hon. James L. Oakes at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and for the Hon. Vanessa D. Gilmore at the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Texas. Prior to her clerkships, she earned her J.D. from New York University School of Law, and her B.A., magna cum laude, from Dartmouth College.
