Elliot Peters has been selected among California’s Leading Commercial Litigators by the Daily Journal. Peters was featured for his work in Jones v. PGA Tour; where he led a team of attorneys defending the PGA Tour against antitrust claims brought by several pro golfers supported by LIV Golf Inc. Peters was also featured for his work in defending an online commercial real estate marketplace in copyright and antitrust litigation in Los Angeles, where his team successfully forced the plaintiff to strike allegations from its amended complaint. Peters also discusses how his interest in litigating a wide variety of cases has motivated his 40 year-long legal career.
