In the latest Chambers USA rankings, the organization has named several Keker & Van Nest attorneys as being amongst the elite, or Band 1, as it refers to such attorneys, in the fields of white-collar crime & government investigations, general commercial, and intellectual property.
To determine the rankings, Chambers researchers conduct in-depth interviews with a vast range of lawyers and their clients. Law firms and individual lawyers are ranked in bands from 1-6, with 1 being the best. A 'Star' ranking is given to lawyers with exceptional recommendations in their field. The qualities on which rankings are assessed include technical legal ability, professional conduct, client service, commercial astuteness, diligence, commitment, and other qualities most valued by the client.
