Brian Ferrall to Speak at Premier Patent Litigation Conference

Brian Ferrall has been asked to join the Sedona Conference's stellar faculty, which includes nationally renowned trial attorneys and patent counsel from coast to coast, the Director of the USPTO, a judge from the CAFC, a 3rd Circuit judge, a Magistrate Judge from the ED of Texas, and in-house counsel from Google and Bristol-Myers Squibb. 

The conference will feature a dialogue on the most important areas of patent law change and development, trends, discrepancies and best practices for the future. Mr. Ferrall will present on the following panels: Joint/Contributory Infringement, Patent Litigation Case Management, and Patent Damages & Remedies.

Mr. Ferrall represents technology and biomedical clients as both plaintiff and defendant in high-stakes trade secret, patent and other intellectual property disputes, as well as in contract disputes, unfair business practices, and antitrust litigation. He has a reputation for developing a successful strategy at the outset of a case to efficiently and effectively bring it to resolution, or to position it for trial. He has tried cases to verdict in California federal and state courts, as well as in federal courts in Delaware and Texas.
