Tech trials present unique and challenging issues for counsel, the court and the jury. During this panel discussion, Bob Van Nest and Christa Anderson, lawyers who tried Oracle v. Google and Cisco v. Arista, will share their approaches to educating the jury, telling a compelling story and building a trial strategy.
