NACDL 2013 Conference - Defending the White Collar Case

10/25/2013

NACDL's 9th Annual Defending the White Collar Case Seminar is the nation's premiere White Collar CLE conference and networking event for getting the inside scoop on the biggest, most current cases and issues we are facing today. Designed by defense attorneys for defense attorneys, this unique program is an open forum for sharing our experiences with each other.

This year’s program topics will cover cutting-edge development involving securities enforcement, international bribery and money laundering, intent defenses, winning trial techniques, and sentencing workshops with the experts. The extraordinary faculty includes an array of our nation’s most prominent defense lawyers, former U.S. District Court Chief Judge Royce Lamberth (D.D.C.) and White House Counsel Kathy Ruemmler.

On the second day of the conference, Keker & Van Nest Partner Steven Ragland will present "When There Are No Other Options: Dispositions Without Trials."
