Best Practices for Litigating & Managing Disputes under AIA

The Daily Journal/Thomson Reuters 2013 Litigating Patent Disputes Conference brings together a distinguished faculty of the foremost patent attorneys and in-house counsel in the country who will share their knowledge, experience and insight. Topics will include best practices in a patent trial from the judge's and the bar's perspective.
