Kevin Song represents clients in all facets of commercial litigation. Prior to joining Keker, Van Nest & Peters, Kevin served as a judicial law clerk to Judge Edward J. Davila and Judge Beth Labson Freeman of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. Prior to his clerkships, Kevin served as a litigation associate at an Am Law Top 15 law firm, where he represented companies across a variety of sectors, including enterprise software, financial services, and consumer goods.

Kevin earned his J.D. from Columbia Law School and his B.A. in Political Science and Rhetoric from the University of California, Berkeley. While in law school, Kevin served as a judicial extern to Justice Ming W. Chin of the Supreme Court of California and Judge Andrew J. Peck of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
