Eric Phung

Eric Phung represents clients in all facets of commercial litigation. Prior to joining Keker, Van Nest & Peters, Mr. Phung earned a J.D. from Stanford Law School and a B.A. in history from Yale University. While in law school, Mr. Phung served as a full-time certified law student for the Community Law Clinic where he helped clients expunge their criminal convictions and receive social security disability benefits. Mr. Phung also helped secure the release of a client serving a life sentence as part of the Stanford Three Strikes Clinic and formerly served as a law clerk for the Office of the Federal Public Defender for the Northern District of California.
