Oliver J. Fong

Oliver Fong represents clients in all facets of commercial litigation. Prior to joining Keker, Van Nest & Peters, Mr. Fong served as a law clerk for Judges Haywood S. Gilliam, Jr., Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers, and Jon S. Tigar of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. Mr. Fong formerly worked as a litigation associate in the New York office of an international law firm where he focused on general commercial litigation and patent disputes.

Mr. Fong earned his J.D. from Columbia Law School and a B.A. in molecular and cell biology from University of California, Berkeley. He formerly served as a deputy director of voter protection for the Nevada State Democratic Party during the 2018 general election, as a law clerk working under then-Senator Kamala Harris’s General Counsel, and as a special student attorney in the Domestic Violence Bureau of the Queens County District Attorney’s Office.
