Vishesh Narayen’s practice focuses on complex intellectual property litigation, with an emphasis on high-stakes patent infringement litigation, trade secret matters, and litigation involving cutting-edge technology. He has represented clients in complex patent infringement litigation involving a variety of technologies and industries in forums across the United States, including in federal district court, post-grant proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and Section 337 investigations before the International Trade Commission. He also has wide-ranging experience representing clients in technology licensing disputes and data privacy and cybersecurity litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Narayen served as a judicial clerk to Judge Rubén Castillo of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He also worked for two AmLaw Top 20 firms. He graduated cum laude from the Northwestern Pritzker School of Law and holds an undergraduate degree in computer engineering from the University of Illinois. He was named among the ABA's Top 40 Young Lawyers in 2020.

Mr. Narayen is admitted to practice in Florida and Illinois. He is not admitted to practice law in California, and his practice is supervised by partners of the firm admitted in California.
