Emily Hatch represents clients in all facets of commercial litigation. Prior to joining Keker, Van Nest & Peters, Ms. Hatch earned her J.D. from Harvard Law School. While in law school, she served as a law clerk for the Civil Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of California. Ms. Hatch earned her B.A. in philosophy from the University of Chicago.
