Ryan C. Peterson

Staff Attorney

Ryan Peterson assists on all phases of eDiscovery.  He has significant experience handling large-scale eDiscovery matters and procedures, including assisting case teams with developing an overall case strategy for discovery, drafting and negotiating ESI and Protective Orders, participating in client and custodial interviews, negotiating contracts with outside vendors, preparing for upcoming negotiations or hearings through fact gathering, optimizing eDiscovery workflows depending on client data sets, managing contract attorney teams, and ensuring compliance with and timely completion of discovery document production obligations.

Prior to joining the firm in the fall of 2012, he served as a Discovery Engineer/Project Manager at D4 Discovery.
